Refund Policy

EZAutonomy reservations

EZAutonomy reservations are charged at checkout. If 100 reservations are not reached by April 30, 2026, you may request a full refund by emailing hello@protosticks.com with your reservation email and receipt.

Refund request process

Once requested, refunds are processed manually through Stripe. We target confirmation within 5 business days. Bank posting times may vary by payment method.

Supporter memberships

Supporter memberships can be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund completed billing periods.

Shipping and timeline disclaimers

The first EZAutonomy production run is currently planned for United States shipping only. Build and shipping timelines are estimates and may shift as manufacturing and testing milestones are finalized.
